 I worked with Joe on a large Global education project this past year. Joe works for Flint, and was contracted by FedEx to build the common Global education (material that applies to all or most regions at FedEx).

What struck me first was Joe’s creativity: he brought new ideas, and more importantly, new methods, to the project. This gave us fresh insight and helped ensure we were considering different angles than what we were accustomed to.

Joe has a great ability to keep a project structured and focused. He created plans of attack for the project, modified as necessary, and kept everyone moving forward. The ability to formulate a plan for a topic he knew very little about (not being from FedEx) is impressive, and creating the list of steps we needed to accomplish along the way was probably the most useful to the project. 

I learned a lot by watching Joe in this regard, and it helped us get a massive amount of work done in an extremely short amount of time, while tracking the large amount of input that needed to be considered.
